Recently, as part of a writing class activity, I was asked to name my favorite animal and why. My immediate answer was cats – big or small, those that live indoors or out, wild or domesticated, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. The reason was simple too – I love their attitude. Cats do what they want, when they want, and they never apologize. despite their “it’s all about me” demeanor they have a way of being equally endearing at the same time.
As you can see, Tiger made it very clear that he did not want his photo taken:
You will be sure to witness this look first hand if you attempt to interrupt his nap. Even if that nap is in the dog’s bed…
Even if they are not in the dog bed they make it know that it is because they choose not to be there and will definitely take it over if they decide to:
Open a bag, a box, or a closet door Violet is there. She makes it known that space is hers:
It’s difficult to stay angry, upset, or annoyed since, after being naughty, they know exactly what to do:
What ways does your cat show their attitude?
